Level Classes
Building a strong foundation for beginners and helping more experienced dancers keep up on their basics, while continually developing core pole skills. We recommend attending one of these per week
Chrome Classes
In our Chrome classes, you can expect to integrate your foundational knowledge into beautiful choreographies full of self-expression. Learn how to link climbs and skills into your own floating flow.
Aerial/Non Pole Classes
A great option for those curious to explore self-expression and movement off the pole. Join us as the first studio in Fredericton to offer pole, hoops, and silks classes. A one-stop shop for aerial fitness!
