    This is your FIRST step in the door at PR Pole Fit. Our INTRO 4 week series is designed to provide you a thorough introduction/crash course to the pure fundamentals of pole. Join with other new to pole clients who are eager to take flight and see where their wings can take them! Content: 4 weeks of programs consisting of: 4 conditioning movements, 2 skin holds and 2 spins per class, with simple and easy to follow linking transitions which will give you a full introduction to all of our key grips and beginner pole positions so you have a smooth journey into any entry level class and more (If this time does not fit your schedule, you can also begin your journey with us by starting in Beginner 1 level classes) Pre-req: no pole, dance or fitness experienced to start this (fitted shorts, sports top and tank top for dress code)

    For one night only, Bring a friend to Beginner 1, completely FREE! Let them try pole with you, feel the PR Pole Fit energy, and experience a fun, confidence‑building session designed for brand‑new movers. This is the perfect chance to share your pole journey and introduce someone to the studio in a welcoming, beginner‑friendly space.

  • Chrome Stilettos

    We bring a different vibe and style of pole stilettos dance each week. From grunge to erotic, electro, hard, and classic old-school, just to name a few. This class is sure to fire up your Friday nights! This is a 1-hour choreography class focused on exploring the different styles of sensual pole. Be sure to try our Sensual Chrome class before booking this class to ensure you are comfortable with the basics of pole heels Pre-req: 3 months + experience recommended for this class. Heels are optional but highly encouraged for proper skill execution. Try Sensual Chrome before attending this class. (Knee pads required, 7inch - 8inch platform pole heels or socked feet)

  • Virtual - Beginner 1

    With our unique conditioning skills, on top of gaining a strong foundation of core pole grips, spins, transitions, and skin holds, our Beginner-1 level will truly set you up for success in the next levels to come. Content: With 12 different programs, you will learn 20 different skin holds ("tricks"), and 20 different spins. Conditioning will prepare you for inverts, leg hangs, and climbs, as well as strengthen many core grips you will use throughout your whole pole journey, on top of working on basic transitions, base-work, and rises. Fun, short flows at the end of class to combine what we've learned will get your cardio in for the week! You will be more than set up for success to enter Beginner 2 after this level. Pre-req: We recommend the INTRO 4 WEEK SERIES  No prior dance or fitness experience is required to start! (fitted shorts, sports top and tank top for dress code)

  • OUTDOOR Hoop

  • Virtual - Intermediate 2

    We stream with ZOOM - TIME ZONE- AST (New Brunswick, Canada) - These are live classes and are not recorded You are ready to mix and flip things up yet again! Intermediate 2 is where you truly understand the saying "Life is better upside down."- Linking 3+ tricks together, taking known shapes from previous levels and morphing them into new, more complex pieces of art. You have found your wings and are ready to soar.  Content:  With over 40 programs, you will learn to link 3+ tricks together, flows develop from singular skills with more transitions to more tricks-based flows where your transitions are skills all in themselves. Spins and spin combos build your confidence and strength by introducing power spins and spin combos that incorporate tricks. You'll learn there are more ways to get upside down than a basic invert and begin to really find your personal flow and style. Have you hit up Twirl Technique yet? It may be time to start training on spin pole as some of your flow will now be introduced in spin mode! Conditioning at this level introduces more focused work on Ayesha, cartwheel, brass monkey mount, handsprings, full caterpillar climb, aerial shoulder mounts, and aerial deadlift inverts. Pre-req:  Must have, at a minimum: SKIN HOLDS (tricks) - twisted star, basic infinity, advanced plank, poison, butterfly, bomb, flat line scorpio, hang glider, reverse ayesha, umbrella, lady garden, closed duchess, scorpio stand, hood ornament. SKILL COMBOS - Gemini to shooting star, gemini to scorpio, butterfly to scorpio, apprentice to side knot, wrist sit to gemini, stargazer to cross knee release, cupid to forward fold crucifix, jasmine drop, etc. SPINS such as - reverse grab flair, wrist sit spin, wrong arm fan legs to pole tuck, upright thigh hold to tuck spin dismount, etc. SPIN COMBOS such as - juliette to tuck back side spin, reverse grab to back hook, reverse grab to floating step around, dolphin spin to reverse spin, spinning climb on static, etc.

  • Intermediate 2

    You are ready to mix and flip things up yet again!   • Balance

    Come and join Jo for an OFF THE POLE, low impact, full body workout perfect for all. In this class we will be working on getting to know our core, how to engage it and find your Balance. Using an inversion stand; upright, as well as upside down, you will find out what this fun way of working out can do for you and your body. No prior pole experience required. We have 8 stands available in studio or you can bring your own!

  • Virtual - Beginner/Intermediate split

    We stream with ZOOM - TIME ZONE- AST (New Brunswick, Canada) - These are live classes and are not recorded This split level class will bring all your favorite elements from our signature level classes but include more flow and transition work helping you find your trick flow and learn to dance and express your skills.

  • Chrome Art

    Find your interpretive side and artistic flair in this higher-level contemporary style pole choreography class. From sassy to emotional, powerful to graceful - the vibe is different each week but you are guaranteed to find new pole shapes and new ways to approach the pole and move around it as an extension of your person.  You will even see Sweats and Sneakers, Floor Work and Trick Art make appearances in this time slot. Join us for this wonderful creative hour, incorporating pole tricks and spins into a 1- min production. Pre-req: Some pole experience required for a safe and successful class. We suggest 3-months+ or a good grasp of forward facing, side, and back spins. as well as basic skin holds such as pole sit, upright shooting star, and crucifix. (KNEE PADS REQUIRED)

  • Virtual - Chrome Twirl

    We stream with ZOOM - TIME ZONE- AST (New Brunswick, Canada) - These are live classes and are not recorded Your introduction to spin pole starts here! You will learn a complete spin pole flow created with all upright pole holds, taking moves we know from our beginner classes and morphing them into new fun shapes, linking skills together and helping you build your spin tolerance. Spin pole can be so fun and rewarding. You will love this class! Pre-req: This is an all levels class where previous experience is not required but would be an asset. (Dress code: fitted shorts and sports top / tank top. Feel free to wear a short flowy skirt to blow in the wind!)
