Join us for a relaxing stretch and flow class that merges yoga inspired strength, mobility and stretch movements and contemporary floor work in a zen like choreography. You will be lead through the flow slowly, allowing you time to dig deep into the movements and see progression of your mobility and flo state. This is a great class to work on your floor work for Chrome Art and Stilettos and also gain better mobility and flexyness for those much saught after bendy pole skills. Small class size allows you more space to explore your movement in a more intimate atmosphere. Come get grounded with us under the dim frame lights with an amazing group of encouraging individuals.
- OUTDOOR Silks DROPS
Join us on the lawn next to the studio for an outdoor Silks Drops pop up! This is a mixed level class — a secure drop variation in the egg knot (hammock) will be provided. Prerequisites: This is not appropriate as a first aerial class. New to silks but experienced in another aerial discipline? You've got the strength, but need some pre-requisite skills. Join our silks classes in the two weeks leading up to this event to build the prerequisite skills.
- Beginner 2/Intermediate 1 split
This split level class will bring all your favorite elements from our signature level classes but include more flow and transition work helping you find your trick flow and learn to dance and express your skills.
- Chrome Twirl
Your introduction to spin pole starts here! You will learn a complete spin pole flow created with all upright pole holds, taking moves we know from our beginner classes and morphing them into new fun shapes, linking skills together and helping you build your spin tolerance. Spin pole can be so fun and rewarding. You will love this class! Pre-req: This is an all levels class where previous experience is not required but would be an asset. (Dress code: fitted shorts and sports top / tank top. Feel free to wear a short flowy skirt to blow in the wind!)

Let them try aerial silks with you, feel the PR Pole Fit energy, and experience a fun, confidence‑building session designed for brand‑new movers. This is the perfect chance to share your aerial journey and introduce someone to the studio in a welcoming, beginner‑friendly space.
- Beginner 1
With our unique conditioning skills, on top of gaining a strong foundation of core pole grips, spins, transitions, and skin holds, our Beginner-1 level will truly set you up for success in the next levels to come. Content: With 12 different programs, you will learn 20 different skin holds ("tricks"), and 20 different spins. Conditioning will prepare you for inverts, leg hangs, and climbs, as well as strengthen many core grips you will use throughout your whole pole journey, on top of working on basic transitions, base-work, and rises. Fun, short flows at the end of class to combine what we've learned will get your cardio in for the week! You will be more than set up for success to enter Beginner 2 after this level. Pre-req: We recommend the INTRO 4 WEEK SERIES No prior dance or fitness experience is required to start! (fitted shorts, sports top and tank top for dress code)
