Service Description
Your introduction to spin pole starts here! You will learn a complete spin pole flow created with all upright pole holds, taking moves we know from our beginner classes and morphing them into new fun shapes, linking skills together and helping you build your spin tolerance. Spin pole can be so fun and rewarding. You will love this class! Pre-req: This is an all levels class where previous experience is not required but would be an asset. (Dress code: fitted shorts and sports top / tank top. Feel free to wear a short flowy skirt to blow in the wind!)

Cancellation Policy
Studio Rules & Policies By booking, you agree to our studio booking policies. A signed 2026 Waiver (18+ or Parent/Guardian) is required for all students. 9-Hour Cancellation: Please cancel at least 9 hours before class to avoid penalties. Late Cancels/No-Shows: Pass holders lose 1 credit; Unlimited Members are charged a $10 fee.
