You can book 30 days in advance for our classes. Some of the classes and events that you see below may be teasers and you will be able to book in a few days
- Experienced beginner 2 level student to register

- Leg grip required for climbs and tricks so be mindful when choosing your costume/outfit

Bring it BABY! In this 75-minute
choreo based workshop we go All-
Out, using energetic and fiery
movements that impress and
intimidate! Workshopping through
key moments and transitions, we
finish this class with unshakeable
confidence, a jaw-dropping routine,
and enhanced skills that translate to
all areas of pole dance.
*All levels encouraged - Regressions
/ progressions / variations provided
as needed
*Water / Kneepads / Small towel /
Heels optional but encouraged
FLOORWERK WORKSHOP
Thursday December 14th 730pm
You better WERK that floor! Floor-
work is a powerful tool that shows
strength, bravery and range in your
performance. In this 60-minute
workshop we breakdown impressive
and powerful kips, drops, flops and
balances. All levels encouraged!
Progressions, regressions and
variations provided accordingly.
Leave this class with new moves that
leave a crowd sweating and
screaming. (No choreo)
*Knee pads and Heels mandatory
- Beginner 1 level and above where some spin pole experience is an asset
- You will need body grip for some of the tricks and transitions so keep that in mind when choosing your costume/outfit for the class
